FAQ
What Does "Item Box Condition" Mean?
As collectors ourselves, we know that box condition matters to many of us. Some customers are looking for mint packaging, while others are happy to save money on a figure with cosmetic box wear. To give you more choice, we clearly list the condition of the item's retail packaging and offer discounts based on any box imperfections.
Please note: Item Box Condition refers to the retail packaging only. Unless otherwise stated, the figure inside is brand new and unaffected.
- Excellent Box – Mint to near mint packaging with no noticeable shelf wear.
- Slightly Imperfect Box (5% Discount) – Very minor cosmetic imperfections such as light corner wear, small creases, or other very light shelf wear. Not ideal for keep-in-box collectors.
- Minor Box Damage (10% Discount) – Minor but noticeable corner dents, creasing, or similar packaging defects. Not recommended as a gift or for keep-in-box collectors.
- Moderate Box Damage (15% Discount) – More pronounced packaging damage such as deeper crushed corners, larger creases, tears, or moderate crushing. Not suitable as a gift or for keep-in-box collectors.
- Heavy Box Damage (20% Discount) – Significant damage to the packaging, including severe crushing, large tears, punctures, stains, or other major cosmetic defects. Not suitable as a gift or for keep-in-box collectors.
