Himiko Toga's Quirk grants her the ability to transform into a physical lookalike of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she had access to that person's blood. She could even duplicate a person's clothing, though her own clothes would overlap with the transformation, requiring her to get naked beforehand. Upon deactivating her Quirk or switching to another disguise, Himiko's disguise melts away into a dark viscous liquid.
