Doma is a demon of extremely pale complexion and possesses unusually long, pointed nails that appeared to be stained with a pale blue color. His long platinum blond hair is worn parted to his right, while the shorter parts flare out to either side around his head, curving backwards and slanting down to fall between his eyes, while the longer parts drape down his back in a thinning spiral.

Despite his warm smile and gentle tone, Doma is a calculating, emotion-void demon who regards humans as weak and expendable. Described as clinically incapable of genuine feeling, he learned early to mimic social warmth and built a twisted cult around himself, believing he was saving his followers by consuming them. As one of the elite Twelve Kizuki, his cryokinetic Blood Demon Art lets him generate razor‐sharp ice shards, freezing mist, frost lotuses, even ice clones of himself which fight independently and relay battle data back to him. With rapid healing, infinite stamina, supreme sensory awareness, and mastery of fan-based Tessenjutsu, he toys with opponents while remaining disturbingly detached from pain and emotion alike.
