Himeno is a Public Safety Devil Hunter working under Makima's special squad, partnered with Aki Hayakawa. She is a tall and beautiful young woman with smooth and slightly unkempt neck-length black hair, turquoise-colored eyes, and a black eyepatch that covers her right eye. In exchange for sacrificing that eye to the Ghost Devil, Himeno can summon and control the right arm of the Ghost Devil by making the desired motions with her own right arm, which the ghost will mimic.
